How to apply for job opportunities at Puget Sound ESD:

1. Download the Background Disclosure Statement and save to your desktop for completion (you will be required to attach this document at the end of your Fast Track online application)

2. Complete an online application in the Fast Track Application System, and include the following:

  • Education History (including any required college degrees/vocational degrees/certifications)
  • Employment History (including responsibilities, employment dates, and supervisor contact information)
  • Resume
  • Cover Letter

Please note that all of the above items are required in order for your application to be considered complete.  Some job postings will require additional documentation. Only complete applications will be considered, and applications must be submitted by the end of the closing date.  Puget Sound ESD job announcements typically include a date by which applications should be submitted for best consideration.  However, applications will continue to be accepted until the position is officially filled and removed from the website.

Required qualifications for each position are listed in the job description and which can be viewed by clicking on the job title. To assist us in the evaluation process, your application, resume and cover letter should clearly reflect how you meet the stated job functions and minimum qualifications. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified by phone; otherwise, applicants will be notified of their status during the screening and/or selection process by email.
